There’s no pressure or obligation—just a relaxed chat to see if we’re the right fit for your wedding!
Do you require a deposit to secure our date?
Yes, we do require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
Once you’ve decided to move forward with us, this deposit officially locks in your wedding date on our calendar. It helps us commit fully to your day and begin the planning process with confidence and excitement!
We want to ensure every couple gets the time, attention, and preparation they deserve—so securing your date early is always a great idea.
If you have any questions about the deposit or payment schedule, we’re happy to walk you through it!
Can I book individual photo only/video only services instead of “Duo Packages" ?
If you’re only in need of photography or videography, we’re happy to offer either service on its own to suit your needs. We understand that every wedding has its own style and story, and we’re here to support your vision—whatever that may look like.
That said, we do recommend our Duo Packages for couples looking to get the most value and seamless coverage. Working as a team allows us to capture your day more fluidly, with a shared creative approach that brings out the best in both photo and video.
But no matter which option you choose, we’re honored to be part of your celebration!
Do you offer customizable packages or are your prices fixed?
Yes, we offer both fixed packages and customizable options. We know that every couple’s needs are different, so whether you’re planning an all-day celebration or a more intimate affair, we’re happy to tailor a package that fits your day, vision, and budget.
Our fixed packages are a great starting point, but if you need something more specific, we’ll work with you to create a personalized experience that feels just right. Let’s make it yours from the very start!
How far in advance should we book your services?
We always recommend booking as early as possible.
Securing your date in advance gives us the best chance to reserve it just for you and start planning with care and intention. We typically accept bookings up to a year ahead, which allows for plenty of time to collaborate and fine-tune the details.
If your wedding is coming up soon, don’t worry—reach out anyway! If we’re available, we’d love to be part of your day, even on short notice.
Are you available for destination weddings?
We’re more than happy to travel and capture your love story—wherever in the world it unfolds. Whether it’s a beachfront ceremony, a mountaintop elopement, or a celebration abroad with family and friends, we’re ready to follow your journey and document every beautiful moment.
